CollegeBacker will, upon timely receipt of any such notice, investigate such support request, and CollegeBacker’ decision in respect of such matter shall be final and binding.
CollegeBacker shall be entitled to terminate or cancel all or any portion of this or any other promotion at any time by either providing email notice to its customers or posting such cancellation or termination notice at its website or within its mobile application.
